This year my son's teacher has a nut allergy, and while she doesn't mind if the kids bring nut products, my son has been adamant that he not bring them for snack time which has taken some adjustment on my part. Remember that seeds work great to replace nuts in most recipes - we use pepitas (pumpkin seeds without the shell) a lot, also some sunflower seeds.Raechelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12196644932989585988noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4048578004810558404.post-34888839934613137362010-11-16T07:04:47.449-08:002010-11-16T07:04:47.449-08:00Thanks for the snack ideas and links to some of th...Thanks for the snack ideas and links to some of the recipes.<br />We have to be very aware of our school snacks, no peanuts allowed, and I find I have to make homemade more so because of the ingredients of store bought and the un-known factor of what is in the snacks.Medifasthttp://www.medifasthealth.org/blog/working-medifast-coupons/noreply@blogger.com
